new constructionPlan Your Home’s Electrical System from the Start
A new home gives you the opportunity to plan electrical features around the way you’ll actually use each space. Where will you need outlets? How should the kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces be lit? What electrical needs should be considered before the walls are finished? Mair Electric Services works with homeowners and builders on the electrical side of new home construction, from early planning through installation. Based in Kamas, we serve new construction projects throughout Summit and Wasatch counties and bring careful workmanship and attention to detail to every stage of the build.
Electrical Work for Every Part of Your New Home
The electrical plan for a new home involves more than placing switches and outlets. We work with you and your builder to understand how each space will be used and help bring those plans to life. New home electrical work can include:
Electrical wiring: Install the wiring needed to power your home’s rooms and essential systems.
Outlets and switches: Plan and install convenient locations for everyday use.
Interior lighting: Add lighting for kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and more.
Exterior lighting: Prepare lighting for entries, garages, patios, and other outdoor areas.
Dedicated electrical connections: Plan for appliances and other features with specific power needs
Final fixture installation: Install the selected lights, switches, and outlets as the home takes shape.
